More details;

The primary purpose of our body mechanics assessment is to evaluate your physical fitness and gait.  Through this we learn how to improve the capabilities of your body by identifying potential issues and guide corrective or training plans.  We take into considering factors like past injuries or specific health conditions.

The results help guide the development of individualized and differentiated programs to improve performance and address specific issues.

These assessments looks at aerobic fitness, muscular strength and endurance, agility, balance, coordination, mobility, alignment, body composition, and most importantly posture and center of mass. This helps determine an individual's baseline fitness level and identify areas to improve.

Gait analysis specifically helps in understanding how you walk and run, which can be crucial for identifying conditions and optimizing performance.

These assessments examine the individual's walking or running patterns, looking for whats holding the body back that may be contributing to plateau, pain, injury, or reduced performance (bio-mechanical or metabolic inefficiencies).

By assessing physical function and identifying areas for improvement we pin-point the problem and you can get right to working on the solution. It is the only way you can train more with less injury and improve.

By pin-pointing we develop targeted training to improve movement mechanics (rapidly increasing aerobic capacity and economy), speed (improved leverage and momentum), correct imbalances (reduce injury or pain), getting in the way of fitness goals.

Improving Technique athletes and wellness enthusiasts identify areas to improve the body to advance and maximize their performance and well being. Anything that improves performance is injury prevention, so we tirelessly keep pin-pointing.

By identifying breakdowns, individuals can make adjustments to their training or footwear to optimize performance and minimize the risk of injury.

The assessment can be used to monitor the effectiveness of programs, track progress over time, and make adjustments as needed.
