How Can You Help My Performance?
I assist athletes in achieving challenging goals by increasing understanding strengths and opportunities for growth in the body while teaching and implementing modern strategies to enhance performance and the joy of the sport experience. My goals are your goals no matter what your objective. Some people are trying to get back to sport life and freedom of movement. I am grateful to serve on on both ends where the margin of error is slim.
I provide athletes with comprehensive fitness and daily routines. Skills taught are body awareness, breathing, attentional control, visualization, energy activation and relaxation, core control, posture, alignment, technique. Performance goals consist of freedom of movement, ease of movement, efficiency of movement, and strength of movement. The foundation is training the core; and moving well.
I have coached athletes achieving victory in: Kona Ironman World Championships, Olympic Trials Marathon, Olympic Trials Track
I have coached and assisted athletes placing in events such as:
- Olympics, Olympic Trials Marathon, Olympic Trials Track
- Marathon Majors (Boston, Berlin, Tokyo, Chicago, London, and New York City Marathon)
- Indoor/Outdoor World Championships Track
- Kona Ironman World Championships, Ironman 70.3 World Championships
