How To Complete Workouts

This section provides information on how to perform each workout

In this workout there are sets of exercises to be completed together:

Double Set: First two exercises: Complete the exercises back to back (repeating one set of one, and then the other - until all sets are completed) with minimal to no rest in-between

Double Set: 3rd and 4th exercises: Complete the exercises back to back (repeating one set of one, and then the other - until all sets are completed) with between 1 or 2 minutes rest in between

Triple Set: 5th, 6th, and 7th exercises: Complete the three exercises one after another in circuit fashion (repeating one set of each one back to back to back - until all sets are completed) with no rest in between.

Remaining Exercises: Complete the exercises one after another in circuit fashion (repeating one set of each one back to back, etc.- until all sets are completed) with minimal to no rest in between.
